Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to identify and drive process improvements across multiple business units.

You will leverage data to measure performance, develop actionable insights, and partner with leaders to implement sustainable improvements that deliver tangible results. The role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder influence, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or similar disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI reporting, performance metrics, and business insights.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change initiatives across multiple teams.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in utilising AI systems to develop and improve business tools.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency, standardise ways of working, and drive operational excellence.
• Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that support informed business decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable process and performance improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement programs to build capability across teams.
• Support governance frameworks, process documentation, and best-practice deployment to ensure consistent execution.
