Job summary

North Shore Private Hospital in St Leonards Park NSW seeks an experienced Clinical Coordinator - General Surgery to lead in our Operating Theatre. You will work closely with Nurse Unit Managers to coordinate perioperative care across endocrinology, breast and bariatric surgeries, while modelling exceptional clinical leadership and patient‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Minimum five years’ postgraduate nursing experience.
• Experience as a senior nurse or manager.
• Post-graduate specialty qualifications and management qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience in recruitment, rostering and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the General Surgery portfolio in the Operating Theatre.
• Support Nurse Unit Managers and clinical teams to deliver perioperative care.
• Drive best practice and develop clinical teams.
• Contribute to effective coordination of the General Surgery portfolio in a dynamic theatre environment.
