Job summary

Chotto Matte is opening its first Australian venue at Bondi Beach and seeks wait staff to join the opening floor team. You'll deliver warm, polished, high-energy service across a premium setting, guiding guests through dishes and cocktails while collaborating with bar and kitchen staff.

Ideal candidates have experience in busy restaurants, a love for hospitality, and availability for nights, weekends and holidays. NSW RSA is required or willingness to obtain it before starting.

• Experience as wait staff in a busy restaurant.

• Confidence on the floor, plus calm under pressure.

• Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays.
• A NSW RSA (or willingness to obtain one before you start).

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, polished, high-energy service in a fast-paced premium venue.
• Learn our menu and drinks list inside out and make confident recommendations.
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen to keep service smooth.
• Look after guests’ dietary needs and special requests with care.
• Help create the buzz that makes guests want to come back.
