Techforce Personnel Pty Ltd is seeking a Mining Supervisor- Load and Haul for an open-pit gold mining operation in Western Australia. You will lead the production crew, drive safety-focused daily targets, and ensure adherence to the mine plan on site.

The role requires 2–5 years in similar supervision, with gold mining experience considered highly desirable and a strong safety mindset as a non-negotiable trait.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as Mining Supervisor- Load and Haul in an open-pit environment.
• Experience in production mining with strong load/haul understanding.
• Gold mining experience is highly desirable.
• Natural leader who motivates a crew and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Production crew in a busy open-pit gold mining operation.
• Drive daily production targets, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with the mine plan.
• Be on the ground leader, running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and fostering a safety culture.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to maximise equipment availability and performance.
• Ensure all work complies with site standards and mining regulations.
