Trapeze Group in NSW is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the end-to-end physical deployment of the Opal Next Generation Bus Solution. You will coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of On-Vehicle Devices and Bus Validators across the NSW bus fleet.

You will own the deployment plan, mobilise partners, ensure readiness, and drive regions through acceptance gates, while collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager to support transition into service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-site field deployment of transport hardware.
• Proven ability to manage installation crews and schedules across regions.
• Knowledge of WHS standards and depot operations is essential.

Responsabilités

• Own Deployment Management Plan and regional deployment readiness.
• Mobilise installation partners and coordinate depots across regions.
• Lead pre-installation prep, installation and commissioning tests.
• Ensure evidence, test records and handovers are completed.
• Manage third-party performance and commercial impacts as needed.
• Provide regular progress reporting and risk management.
