Job summary

Eighteen33 Pty Ltd is seeking a WHS Officer to promote health and safety onsite for a range of clients. The role covers inspections, risk assessments, audits, toolbox talks and client liaison to identify WHS needs.

You will join a small, high-performing team from our Raymond Terrace office, with visits to clients regionally, and extensive opportunities to build your WHS expertise. You must have a minimum of 2 years in a WHS Officer role and a Certificate IV in WHS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a WHS Officer role.
• Minimum Certificate IV Work Health and Safety.
• Lead Auditor skill set is desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and meticulous documentation.
• Ability to build client relationships and assess WHS needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety onsite across diverse businesses and industries.
• Deliver inspections, risk assessments, audits, meetings and toolbox talks.
• Develop client relationships to understand WHS needs and propose solutions.
• Manage projects end to end, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Build proactive safety culture and expand technical WHS capabilities.
• Support continued development in technical WHS, risk management and industry practice.
