Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to support major civil and tailings infrastructure projects across Papua New Guinea. This on‑site role provides leadership for greenfield and brownfield tailings dam construction and civil works, ensuring safe, on‑time delivery to quality standards.

Formación

• Experience in mining or heavy earthworks and civils.
• Tailings dam (TSF) construction and embankment raises experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and translate design intent on site.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, compliant construction delivery with Safety-in-Design and site requirements.
• Coordinate planning for all site works, including work orders and schedules.
• Oversee contractor mobilisation, site establishment and compliance of equipment and tools.
• Contribute to tender evaluations and contractor selection.
• Maintain safe work fronts with effective controls and communication systems.
• Maintain construction documentation in SharePoint and close out incidents with investigations.
• Provide coaching on Safety in Construction and share learnings.
• Manage site instructions, day-works and variations through change management.
• Oversee QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with ITPs.
• Work with OEMs, vendors and specialists to align with design intent.
• Support Operational Readiness, MOC processes and commissioning planning.
• Participate in project debriefs to capture lessons learned.
• Conduct regular VFSLs, inspections and audits across areas.
