Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking an experienced Roofing Site Supervisor to join our client, a reputable trades business, reporting to the directors.

The role involves measuring roofs, QA inspections, resolving onsite issues, and supporting trades across multiple sites in the Tarneit/Fraser Rise area with travel between sites.

The package includes an attractive salary up to AU$100,000 plus super, a take-home car, an iPad and phone allowance, plus full training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Trade background - Roof Plumber or Plumber.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and computer-based reporting systems.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, plumbing regulations and building codes.
• Experience measuring roofs and flashings.
• Strong troubleshooting and roof maintenance problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance works using tools when required.

Responsibilities

• Measure roofs and flashings accurately
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) inspections
• Resolve onsite construction and installation issues
• Support trades onsite
• Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
• Complete site reports and communicate project updates
• Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams
• Maintain strong relationships with builders, trades and stakeholders

• Thisrole involves travelling between sites.
