Job summary

Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at one of our client's locations, Wingham. You will lead a team and oversee onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee welfare to ensure smooth operations.

Key duties include managing client and employee relations, processing payroll reconciliations, coordinating Pacific Labour Scheme workers, and supporting VEVO reporting, attendance, and transport to clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and teams.
• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable.
• Driver's licence and vehicle required.
• Be willing to obtain a Police Check.
• Be vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFever.

Responsibilities

• Oversee people welfare, onboarding, probationary checks, warnings and termination letters.
• Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management.
• PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation.
• Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident.
• Reports for VEVO checks.
• Management of clients and employees.
• Attendance management.
