Job summary

People Infrastructure is seeking an Onsite Site Manager to lead a client site in Wingham, NSW. You will oversee onboarding, payroll, attendance and employee welfare to ensure smooth operations.

Lead a team, manage client and employee relations, complete payroll reconciliations, coordinate Pacific Labour Scheme workers, and support VEVO reporting, attendance, and transport to clinics as needed. This role is based onsite with a multidisciplinary team approach.

• Staff welfare and attendance management
• Strong client and employee relations skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite operations at the Wingham site
• Coordinate payroll reconciliations and VEVO reporting as required
• Manage relationships between clients and employees and coordinate Pacific Labour Scheme workers
• Ensure transport to clinics and overall welfare of staff on site
