Job summary

Living Sectors Recruitment – Olympic Park NSW is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of day-to-day management of a well-run residential portfolio in one modern building. This temporary role offers the chance to move into permanent employment for the right person.

You’ll work with an onsite team to deliver responsive, personal service to residents and manage the full tenancy lifecycle. The successful candidate will have at least two years' portfolio experience and strong NSW

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience managing a property portfolio end to end.
• Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy requirements.
• Clear communication and the ability to build positive resident relationships.
• Good organisation, sound judgement and a willingness to take ownership.
• Confidence stepping into a busy role and making an immediate contribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tenancy lifecycle including enquiries, applications, tenancy agreements, inspections, renewals and arrears.
• Coordinate maintenance with the onsite team and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to resident enquiries and tenancy matters in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with residents and contribute to a responsive, personal service.
