Job summary

AWX, backed by PeopleIN Group, is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant for our busy food processing clients in Heathwood, Queensland. You will support candidates and clients across the full lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, inductions and ongoing engagement.

A strong admin background, excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential. We provide mentoring and training, with a day start at 5:00am and a 1:00pm finish, Monday to Friday, and

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for workers on assignments and site rules.
• Participate in client meetings and service reviews to support delivery and improvement.

About The Role

As a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Consultant representing AWX for our busy clients food processing environment in Heathwood. Support across the candidate and client lifecycle – you will be at the heart of the action. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. It can be fast-paced and high volume requiring the ability to be agile whilst delivering quality in all areas of service. But we have your back, you will be supported to thrive, with mentoring and training to ensure you are successful.

This role will suit and an early riser starting at 5:00am - 1:00pm Mon - Fri and the ability to be flexible occasionally with onsite requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment activities to source, screen, and present qualified candidates, maintaining a continuous pipeline of talent to meet service demands
• Oversee the end-to-end coordination of worker assignments, including onboarding, site inductions, assignment changes, and off-boarding processes
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly, adapt to workforce management and payroll systems, and complete daily client KPIs within set timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the onsite workforce to support engagement, retention, and productivity
• Act as a key point of contact for workers and assist with day-to-day queries relating to assignments, site expectations, and workplace matters
• Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and operational planning discussions to support service delivery and continuous improvement
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure expectations are understood and service standards are met

Your experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
