Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in the Australian outback is seeking a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT. You’ll join the Front Office Team, delivering attentive guest services and ensuring a memorable first and last impression of the resort.

The role requires delivering luggage, coordinating with reception on room allocations, and maintaining hotel areas. A full Australian driver’s license (manual preferred) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments and front desk or guest services.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and efficient approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of the resort and deliver a warm welcome and farewell to guests.
• Coordinate guests’ luggage and assist with arrivals and room allocations.
• Deliver bags to guest rooms and liaise with reception on arrivals and departures.
• Maintain all hotel areas and facilities as directed by management.
