Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant for a permanent, full-time role in Sydney's South Western Suburbs. This fully onsite position requires Australian PR or Citizenship and offers the chance to lead, configure, and optimize the Odoo ERP to support distribution operations.

You will configure modules, manage access, and integrate with e-commerce and route planning systems, while guiding staff and documenting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
3+ years of experience configuring Odoo or another ERP in a goods distribution environment.
Experience with sales, purchasing and warehousing in Odoo.

Responsibilities

Advise the organisation on getting the most out of the Odoo system.
Guide and train staff on the effective use of the system.
Develop and maintain user documentation.
Assist with bulk data manipulation, imports and exports; perform data migration tasks.
Gather ad hoc business requirements and obtain approval for implementation.
Configure and setup the system to meet defined business needs.
Manage user support tickets and troubleshoot system problems.
Coordinate with hosting and outsourcing providers for changes and customisations.
Test system changes and guide staff with UAT.
Manage ITIL change management for Odoo changes.
Handle system access and permissions.
Support Odoo external API integrations with third-party apps.
