Job summary

Edward Mann Ltd is seeking a finance systems specialist to shape how finance systems operate within a national transformation project.

You'll be at the heart of Tech, Finance and Operations, driving ERP and FP&A system rollout with senior stakeholders across Australia. Based in Notting Hill, Vic, with flexible start times and generous autonomy.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA preferred or equivalent accounting experience.
• ERP knowledge; Odoo experience highly desirable.
• Experience in change management, process improvement, and systems adoption.
• Hands-on configuration and testing of systems.
• Strong grasp of debits, credits, and accounting flows.
• Excellent communicator; capable of leading training and engaging stakeholders.
• Proactive, extroverted, and able to work autonomously without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP and reporting projects focusing on Odoo ERP and Jedox FP&A.
• Translate accounting needs (revenue recognition, WIP, job costing, asset accounting) into system functionality.
• Configure and test workflows, user roles, permissions, and reporting structures.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and end-user adoption.
• Validate complex revenue cycles, including achieved sales through to WIP and completion.
• Champion continuous improvement across finance processes and controls.
• Working hand-in-hand with finance managers, IT, and operational teams across the country.

You will be at the heart of Tech, Finance and Operations across the business

This is your chance to join a national business undergoing a major transformation project. You’ll be at the core of an ERP and FP&A system rollout, working closely with senior finance and IT leaders to make sure processes, reporting and data flows are built for the future.

You will be based in Notting Hill, Victoria and is paying up to 140k + Super, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

In this role, you will get huge autonomy in your work and flexibility around start/finish times.

The details

• Hands-off leadership team, who will give you the space to make this role your own.
• Some interstate travel, including regular trips to Brisbane in the first year.
• Circa $140k + super + laptop + phone (flexibility up for outstanding candidates).
• Based in Notting Hill, Vic. 5 days on-site, with flexibility around start/finish times

• Excellent communicator – confident leading training and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
