Port Cities is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to enhance their Australian operations. This role requires analyzing client business processes, leading Odoo ERP implementations, and providing training to end users. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems. Job description

• Analyse client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Accompanycustomers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live.
• Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them from UAT.
• Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Stay updated onOdoo developments and suggest improvements.
• Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting a demo.
• Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.
• Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required.
• Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small-medium size of projects.
• Develop and coach your subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree inInformation Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master'sdegree inbusiness management is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customisation.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
• Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
• Language Skills: Native/Fluent in Englishis required
• Work Authorisation Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorisation in Australia to be considered for this position.
