Job summary

IXOM’s Life Sciences Operations team is seeking a Safety & Compliance Manager at our Hallam manufacturing site. You’ll be the functional safety lead for Life Sciences, partnering with operations to strengthen safety performance and build a proactive safety culture.

You will coach site leaders, influence behaviours and translate IXOM standards into practical controls across incident management, procedures and critical controls, helping to embed robust risk management and regulatory alignment.
