Job summary

Epworth HealthCare in Geelong is seeking an on-site ICT/IT support specialist to ensure reliable technology across the hospital. You will deliver high-touch support to doctors and clinical staff, resolving issues quickly and coordinating with ICT teams to maintain operational readiness and patient safety.

The role focuses on proactive service, collaboration with clinical leaders, and seamless onboarding for new staff and doctors, with a strong emphasis on security and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in end-user IT support across multi-site environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management training.
• Hands-on on-site support for Windows desktops and mobile devices.
• Experience coordinating with multiple ICT teams to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technology support at Geelong hospital site to ensure reliable services.
• Deliver high-touch IT support to doctors, clinicians, and staff for surgeries and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with ICT teams, clinical leaders and stakeholders to deploy changes smoothly.
• Maintain and improve service levels, incident response, and user experience across sites.
• Support administration and expansion of infrastructure aligned with organisational needs.
