Job summary

Spill Station Australia P/L – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking an Onsite/Field Service Representative to support our B2B customers across the Greater Sydney area. This practical, customer-facing role focuses on inspecting, restocking and maintaining workplace safety products at customer sites, with full product and service training provided.

Reporting to the National Sales Service Manager and Warehouse Manager, you will work closely with our service, sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, merchandising, site inspection, warehousing or another customer-facing role.
• Experience working with B2B customers is preferred.
• Reliable, organised and able to follow a daily service schedule.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and completing service documentation.
• Willing to travel across the Greater Sydney area.

Responsibilities

• Attend B2B customer sites according to scheduled service plans and respond to extra service requests.
• Inspect, restock and maintain spill kits, cabinets and safety equipment.
• Identify damaged or misplaced items and report findings to customers.
• Complete basic product assembly and minor repairs with hand tools.
• Communicate professionally with customers, site supervisors and warehouse staff.
• Obtain purchase order numbers and required information from customers.
• Take site photos and complete accurate service reports after visits.
• Complete site inductions and required safety training.
• Identify opportunities and distribute approved sales materials.
• Share customer feedback with the sales team and assist in warehouse tasks when needed.
• Report stock discrepancies before receipting incoming goods.

We are seeking Onsite/Field Service Representative to support our B2B customers across the Greater Sydney area.

This is a practical, customer-facing role focused on attending scheduled customer sites to inspect, restock and maintain workplace safety products. It is not a highly technical/Technician position, and full product and service training will be provided.

Reporting to the National Sales Service Manager and Warehouse Manager, you will work closely with our service, sales and operations teams. When not attending customer sites, you will assist with product assembly and general warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend B2B customer sites according to scheduled service plans and respond to additional service requests when required.
• Inspect, restock and maintain spill kits, dangerous goods cabinets, and safety shower and eyewash equipment.
• Identify damaged, missing or incorrectly positioned safety products and report your findings to customers.
• Complete basic product assembly and minor repairs using standard hand tools.
• Communicate professionally with customers, site supervisors and warehouse personnel.
• Obtain purchase order numbers and other required customer information.
• Take site photographs and complete accurate service reports promptly after each visit.
• Complete customer site inductions and required safety training.
• Identify potential customer opportunities and distribute approved sales materials.
• Share relevant customer feedback and market information with the sales team.
• Assist with product assembly, picking, packing, dispatch and receiving goods when working in the warehouse.
• Report stock quantity or quality discrepancies before receipting incoming goods.

About you

• Previous experience in field service, merchandising, site inspection, warehousing, delivery or another customer-facing field role.
• Experience working with B2B customers is preferred.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable following a daily service schedule.
• Confident working independently at customer sites and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Practical, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and completing clear service documentation.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile phones and workplace applications.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the Greater Sydney area.
• Able to safely perform a physically active role involving regular standing, walking, reaching and lifting items up to 16 kg.
• Committed to following workplace health and safety procedures.
