Tailored Management seeks an Embedded Machine Learning Software Engineer in Redmond, WA, to bridge ML research and on-device deployment. You will optimize speech and audio models for real-time inference under strict resource limits.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PyTorch or similar experience, strong C/C++ skills, and a track record of deploying ML on embedded hardware. This is a W-2, onsite, 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying ML models on embedded or resource-constrained devices.
• 2+ years of software development in C/C++.
• Experience training ML models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with research and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Transition ML models from research to real-time inference on embedded hardware.
• Optimize for latency, memory, compute, and power constraints.
• Develop and maintain on-device inference pipelines in C/C++.
• Profile, debug, and accelerate model performance on DSPs, NPUs, and SoCs.
• Build tools to evaluate model accuracy and hardware performance.
