Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Upstream CSG team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This site-based role is located in the Roma region (QLD) on a 19/9 roster, providing engineering support to a high-performing operations team and collaborating with a key client.

You will bring a degree in Electrical Engineering, hands-on site experience in oil and gas, and strong written and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Australian-recognised).
• Experience in oil and gas, preferably CSG.
• On-site role in resources sector.
• Proven technical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
• Support tender submissions and execution phases.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings with practical solutions.
