Monadelphous are currently looking for experienced Leading Hand Mechanical Fitters for a long term project in the Roma region. This role offers a 3-5 year assignment with a 15:13 roster and meals and accommodation provided.

Join a safety‑driven team and contribute to a major oil and gas construction project. The ideal candidate will have Australian Recognised Trade Cert, a White Card, gas atmosphere awareness, a valid license, and proven hands-on experience in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Oil and Gas experience preferred.
• Australian Recognised Trade Cert is required.
• At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
• Construction White Card and Valid Driver's Licence.
• Proof of right to work in Australia; excellent communication skills.
