Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking a Finance Administrator for the Coomera Connector Project based in Helensvale.

You will support the onsite Finance Team with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administration, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments. Ideal candidates will have previous admin experience in construction, strong IT skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate within a team while working independently.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in a construction-based environment.
• Ability to lead and support a cooperative team.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently.
• Excellent IT skills; JDE experience preferred.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders, goods receipts and process supplier payments.
• Set up and maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Manage high-volume inbox and respond to queries.
• Process recipient created tax invoices, expense reimbursements, customer invoices, credit notes and refunds.
• Mentor and develop other Site Administrators.
