Job summary

EIRE Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major water pipeline project for Muswellbrook Shire Council, connecting Denman and Sandy Hollow. This site-based role requires a hands-on leadership presence to drive delivery, safety, quality and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage scope from site establishment through to handover, ensuring programme milestones are met and commercial objectives achieved on a $20M+ project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in civil construction project management.
• Experience delivering water pipeline or water infrastructure projects valued around AUD 20M+.
• Strong knowledge of WHS, environmental management and quality assurance.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major water pipeline project on time and within budget.
• Provide onsite leadership to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and commercial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement and variations.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes and milestones.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Engage with Muswellbrook Shire Council and stakeholders.
• Mentor project team and drive high performance.
