Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an AI Installation Supervisor to own end-to-end deployment of HPC and AI infrastructure at customer sites. You will oversee onsite logistics, supervise field staff, verify installation quality, and deliver as-built documentation to specifications.

This hands-on role requires data centre experience, installation standards mastery, and the leadership to keep a busy site on track.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing large-scale data centre, HPC or AI infrastructure deployments.
• Experience managing field teams, subcontractors or installation crews.
• Knowledge of modular AI/HPC data centres and data centre facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation lifecycle from planning to handover with customer teams, engineers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee rack and stack, cable installation, and QoS for power and cooling.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, attend meetings and drive acceleration discussions.
• Ensure site readiness: power, cooling, space and access, with required permits.
• Verify BOM against delivered hardware and inspect for transit damage.
• Compile as-built documentation including rack elevations and IP mappings.
• Sign off on installation and QA checks with the customer.
