Job summary

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) invites applications for a Virtual EAL/D Teacher to deliver online English language support to primary students in CACGEL schools across NSW. You will design engaging online lessons, monitor progress with the EAL/D progressions, and collaborate with schools, families and the EAL/D team to achieve language outcomes.

• Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching required.
• NESA accreditation essential.
• WWVP and WWCC clearances required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse language, literacy and learning needs.
• Participate in transition meetings to support students into mainstream learning.
• Travel regularly to NSW schools to build relationships with students and families.
