Job summary

CORE Cleaning on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable subcontract cleaner to join our team. This is ongoing work with bond and end-lease cleans, plus regular and spring cleans as needed.

You will work independently or in small teams on-site, following our checklist and quality standards. You must have your own ABN, cleaning equipment, and reliable transport, with weekday availability (weekends a bonus). Weekly invoicing applies.

Qualifications

• You must have your own ABN and be enrolled as a subcontractor.
• You must provide your own cleaning equipment and products.
• Reliable transport to and from sites is required.
• High attention to detail to meet bond-back standards.
• Weekday availability is needed; weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform bond/end-lease cleans and regular/spring cleans as scheduled.
• Work on-site independently or in small teams following our checklist.
• Adhere to CORE Cleaning quality standards and briefing details.
• Ensure timely communication and accurate invoicing through the job system.
