Job summary

Qld All Trade Services is hiring Bond Cleaners to service rental properties across Southeast Queensland. We operate in Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Toowoomba and welcome applicants of all backgrounds and genders.

We provide training and offer flexible arrangements (casual, part-time or full-time) for the right candidates within a supportive team focused on high standards of property upkeep.

Qualifications

• QLD driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• First Aid certification and White Card are highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Australian permanent residency status is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform bond cleans and general cleaning tasks.
• Manage gardening and landscaping duties including weeding.
• Assist with minor trade work as required.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Ability to perform moderate lifting and physical tasks as part of daily cleaning and maintenance duties.
