Icon Group's Slade Pharmacy Hobart is seeking a dedicated oncology pharmacist for a permanent part-time role (38 hours per fortnight). Join a highly specialised cancer care team, with training and relocation assistance available, and flexible roster options to suit your commitments.

As an Oncology Pharmacist you will conduct clinical review, prepare and dispense oncology treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, and contribute to quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Australian working rights valid for at least 12 months from start of employment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a pharmacist.
• Good knowledge of PBS.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with doctors and patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver oncology pharmacy services including medication review, patient counselling, and treatment optimisation.
• Apply clinical judgement to complex oncology cases and support evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centred cancer care.
• Provide expert advice on oncology protocols, regimens and supportive care.
• Contribute to quality improvement, governance, and research within oncology.
