Job summary

Slade Pharmacy Hobart is seeking a dedicated Oncology Pharmacist to join our team in a permanent part-time role. You'll work in a highly specialised cancer care environment, with comprehensive training and relocation assistance available to support your transition.

The role offers weekday hours (generally 8am–5pm), flexible rosters, and no on-call or weekend shifts. You will contribute to clinical reviews, dispensing oncology therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve

Qualifications

Australian working rights valid for at least 12 months.
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a pharmacist.
Good knowledge of PBS.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-level clinical pharmacy services in oncology, including medication review and patient counselling.
Apply advanced professional judgement to complex oncology cases and support evidence-based care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive cancer care and optimal outcomes.
Provide expert advice on oncology protocols, treatment regimens, and supportive care strategies.
Contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance and research within oncology.
