Job summary

Cancer Care Foundation (CCF) is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support oncology trials across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa. You will ensure trial activities align with protocols, GCP standards, and agency guidelines while collaborating with doctors, nurses, data managers and sponsor teams.

The role requires at least 1 year in a clinical trials setting, strong communication and planning skills, and Australian work rights.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical trials environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
Australian work rights and Police Check are required.
Familiarity with ethics/governance processes and trial documentation is advantageous.
Experience with ECG/venipuncture and lab procedures is preferred; training will be provided.
MS Office proficiency; EDC experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate trial activities across Sunshine Coast and Noosa centres.
Ensure trial execution in line with study protocols, GCP standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, clinical project managers, data managers and sponsor teams.
Assist with trial documentation and regulatory submissions; training provided.
