Job summary

ATIZ Holdings is seeking a Works Supervisor for a contract, on-site role based in Griffith, NSW.

You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate trades, ensure safety, quality and compliance, and liaise with clients and inspectors.

The successful candidate will bring proven site supervision experience in residential, commercial, or civil works and be adept with drawings, documentation, and project reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong site supervision and construction management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of building codes and WHS requirements.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and technical docs with accuracy.
• Effective communication with clients, inspectors and teams.
• Maintain detailed site records, permits, and compliance logs.
• Proficient with basic digital tools and reporting software.
• Trade qualification in construction or civil works.
• Experience delivering on-site projects in regional/remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate site operations and supervise trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Report progress, risks, and resource needs to management.
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Maintain detailed site records and support continuous improvement.
