Job summary

OSOS Alliance Pty Ltd in Yarra Junction, VIC is seeking Trade Assistants / General Labourers for a hands-on construction role. You will support general site tasks, install temporary and silt fencing, and use hand and power tools while adhering to safety rules.

Reliable transport to the Yarra Junction site is required. The position offers 7:00am–5:00pm, 10-hour days, with travel and meal allowances on top of a $45 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Valid Construction White Card is essential.
• Experience in construction or general labouring.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of demanding work.
• Reliable transport to site.

Responsibilities

• General labouring and construction site support.
• Installation of temporary fencing.
• Installation of silt fencing and sediment controls.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Assisting trades and site personnel as required.
• General site clean‑up and maintaining a safe work area.
• Following site safety procedures and instructions.
