Fetch Recruitment is seeking reliable Trade Assistants to support residential and commercial construction in Melbourne's East. You will work with qualified tradespeople, helping with materials handling, tool use, and basic fabrication on busy sites.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to follow supervisor instructions while performing hands-on tasks across multiple project types.

Qualifications

• White card required.
• Own transport.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Move, load and unload materials and equipment on site.
• Assist with using hand and power tools as directed.
• Support cutting, drilling, grinding and basic fabrication work.
• Prepare work areas and keep sites clean and organised.
• Assist with installation, dismantling and maintenance tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and qualified tradespeople.
• Work safely around machinery, vehicles and site hazards.
