Qualifications

• Has experience in carpentry, joinery, staircase installation or a similar trade.
• Is confident working across residential and commercial sites.
• Can accurately read and work from drawings and plans.
• Is skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Has a practical and confident approach to problem-solving.
• Is reliable, punctual and organised.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Is physically fit and comfortable with the demands of site-based work.
• Is safety-focused and committed to completing work correctly.
• Holds a current White Card
• Holds a current driver licence

Responsibilities

• Installing timber staircases and components across residential and commercial sites.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, plans and measurements.
• Measuring, marking out and completing installation work accurately.
• Using a range of hand and power tools safely.
• Identifying and resolving practical issues during installation.
• Making adjustments on site when required.
• Working efficiently to meet project timeframes.
• Collaborating with team members and other trades on site.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Following all workplace health and safety requirements and site procedures
