Job summary

Grace Workplace Solutions, the commercial moving division of Grace Group, is seeking a Commercial Team Leader/Project Supervisor to lead on-site teams across client sites, coordinating people, logistics, and safety to deliver relocation outcomes.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be the on-site face of Grace, liaising with clients, planning projects, and guiding teams through office relocations, FF&E transport, warehouse moves, and related work.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and detail-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and lead teams onsite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Leading project teams on-site and ensuring smooth execution.
• Liaising directly with clients to plan and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assisting with project programming, basic contract administration, and budget control.
• Rolling up your sleeves for hands-on physical work - our leaders lead by example.
