DT Infrastructure is a trusted provider of engineering and construction solutions across transport, renewables, defence and utilities. The Health and Safety Manager will lead the site HSE team on a major renewable energy project in the Upper Hunter Valley, overseeing risk management, audits and compliance on a 14/7 roster with accommodation and allowances.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in a HSE practitioner role in construction.
• Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or similar preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing health and safety management systems, and providing guidance to managers and staff.
• Certificate IV Training and Assessing or similar desirable.
• Quality/Safety Lead Internal Auditor or similar desirable.
• Lead ICAM Incident Investigation or similar desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance to Management and staff on HSE matters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulators and customers.
• Advise senior management on corporate and local H&S risks and management systems.
• Ensure risks are identified and countermeasures are in place.
• Plan and conduct internal HSE audits across facilities.
• Maintain standards, formats and deliverable timeframes.
