Job summary

Tranex Solar Pty Ltd is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews on utility‑scale solar and BESS construction sites. You will translate the construction program into daily packages, enforce WHS and quality standards, and drive safety, productivity and on‑time delivery.

You will oversee DC/AC installation, testing and commissioning, mentor apprentices, and coordinate with other site supervisors to ensure integrated site operations, reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Directly supervise electrical crews on site to meet daily/weekly production targets.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise electrical crews (electricians, apprentices, trades assistants and subcontractors) on site to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Plan, allocate and monitor daily work packages for electrical crews in line with construction program.
• Oversee installation, testing of DC and AC electrical systems including PV modules, cabling, switchboards and balance‑of‑plant infrastructure.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Australian Standards and statutory requirements.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and enforce SWMS across all electrical activities.
• Monitor crew productivity and report any program slippage to the Project Manager.
