Job summary

Lendlease is seeking an EHS Coordinator to join our WA business and drive safety and sustainability on a Perth site. You will lead environmental reporting, identify issues, monitor compliance with EHS protocols, and implement safety training to improve performance.

With a background in environmental science or WHS, you will bring experience from construction projects, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV qualification in WHS or qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or related.
• Prior experience in an Environmental Coordinator, or Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS related position, from within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, site audits, and compliance reporting.
• Ability to identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks.
• Experience working on site on a commercial and/or residential construction project will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of local health and safety requirements and safe working systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental management on site for the WA project.
• Oversee environmental reporting processes and provide technical insight to identify issues and trends.
• Monitor staff and subcontractor compliance with EHS protocols and implement safety training initiatives.
