Job summary

Quayclean is seeking a Full-time Supervisor to lead and support cleaning operations at Ipswich Grammar School. This hands-on leadership role combines supervision with cleaning duties to ensure the site meets Quayclean’s quality, safety and service standards.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities, develop team members, perform quality and safety checks, and maintain strong communication with the client and Quayclean management.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience with supervisory or team leadership.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current Police Check.
• Current Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the cleaning team to meet daily targets and standards.
• Perform quality inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
• Monitor attendance, performance and completion of tasks.
• Maintain safe work practices and PPE compliance.
• Communicate effectively with the client and Quayclean management.
• Complete site reporting and documentation as required.
