Job summary

Quayclean is hiring a Full-time Site Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at All Saints Anglican School. This hands-on leadership role oversees staff, rostering, and service delivery to meet safety, quality, and client standards.

You will supervise Team Leaders, coordinate daily duties, monitor performance, and ensure timely audits and documentation while maintaining strong client relationships and site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience with supervisory or team leadership preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia and able to obtain police checks.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer service; strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Leaders and cleaning staff, allocating daily duties.
• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and periodic works.
• Manage rostering, timesheets and resources within budgets.
• Monitor attendance, performance and completion of tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections and address any gaps to standards.
• Run toolbox talks, reinforce PPE and hygiene requirements.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to staff.
• Manage cleaning equipment, consumables and stock levels for continuity.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and incident reporting through QuaySafe.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with site representatives and management.
• Complete required audits, reports, and documentation.
