Qualifications

• Current QBCC license is essential.
• Strong trade background is required.
• Insurance building experience not required; training provided.
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) expected.
• Current driver’s licence is required.
• Sound knowledge of the NCC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess the scope of works required.
• Prepare accurate, detailed, and well-structured reports and estimates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, trades, and suppliers.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
• Manage your schedule to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
