Job summary

Sure Assessing Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced trade professional to conduct insurance building assessments, roof inspections and storm damage reporting across South East Queensland. The role is field-based, with remote work supported by our administration team to coordinate bookings and ensure high-quality reporting.

You will inspect residential properties, identify damage and causation, and deliver detailed reports.

• Strong trade or construction background.
• Confidence inspecting residential properties independently.
• Experience within insurance repairs, insurance assessing, roofing or building inspections.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced trade professional with a strong understanding of residential construction and roofing. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for attending insurance claims throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a field-based, fully remote role, supported by our dedicated administration team who coordinate bookings and appointments, allowing our assessors to focus on inspections, technical assessments and high-quality reporting.
