Job summary

Linfox is seeking a Customer Service Agent based in Braybrook, Melbourne. You will be the face of the business, delivering orders directly to customers while providing a friendly and professional experience at every doorstep. No heavy vehicle licence is required; an unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence is essential.

Start date targeted for 8 February 2027. You will load your own vehicle, follow optimized routes, and ensure orders arrive safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence required; no provisional licences.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to drive in metropolitan areas.
• Ability to work independently while meeting schedules and delivery targets.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift and carry deliveries.
• Willingness to complete a Police Check, Driving History Check and pre-employment medical.
• RSA certificate preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Load your own vehicle and follow optimized delivery routes.
• Safely deliver orders across Melbourne metro and suburban areas.
• Ensure on-time delivery and represent the Linfox brand with professionalism.
• Work with technology and navigation systems to complete deliveries efficiently.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and keep the van clean and presentable.
