Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join its team in Sydney. You will perform routine QA checks, ensure HACCP and GMP compliance, and document inspection outcomes with accuracy.

Working on the production floor, you will support internal audits, SOP maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high quality and safety standards across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Sound HACCP, GMP and food safety knowledge.
• Experience documenting inspection outcomes with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain meticulous records and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine QA and food safety inspections throughout production.
• Monitor GMP, hygiene and housekeeping compliance.
• Document inspection outcomes accurately for records.
• Support internal audits and assist in external audits.
• Adhere to HACCP, GMP and all quality requirements.
• Review and maintain SOPs and quality documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant working environment.
• Collaborate with teams to support continuous improvement and quality.
