Job summary

GO.FARM is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Finance Manager to join our team in the Goulburn Valley. Based on-farm in Katunga, you''ll lead a small team and oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting across our Goulburn Valley operations.

Working with the General Manager and farm leaders, you''ll provide financial insights, improve cost management and support informed business decisions, while ensuring controls and compliance. This role is on-site at Katunga.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and management accounting.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate financial data into business actions.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience with a focus on developing people.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling skills.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, budgets and forecasts for Goulburn Valley operations.
• Partner with farm leadership to provide meaningful financial analysis and commercial advice.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support operational decision-making across labour, costs, capex and resource allocation.
• Lead, coach and develop a small finance team.
• Collaborate with GO.FARM Finance to ensure governance, reporting consistency and improvements.
