Aufgaben

• Assist the Chef in production and fabrication of food for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet, dining room and fine dining.
• Maintain leadership presence from the kitchen staff.
• Develop knowledge of various cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Experience using knives and kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain sanitation and organization.
• Ensure quality and proper storage of ingredients.
