Lifestyle Solutions in Sydney is seeking an On Call Incident Response role to provide trauma-informed support to staff and young people, during 8-hour night shifts from 5pm to 7am, Wednesday to Sunday. This full-time position emphasizes safety, compliance, and therapeutic care across services.

Applicants should have a minimum Diploma in community, youth, or social work, strong documentation skills, and the ability to triage risk from multiple sources while ensuring culturally respectful

Qualifications

• Diploma in community, youth, or social work required.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices.
• Strong documentation and compliance capability.
• Ability to rapidly process and interpret complex information.

Responsabilités

• Conduct visits to services to provide support and guidance to staff in trauma informed best practice.
• Promote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments for all individuals in our care.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents that occur during shifts.
• Provide oversight, direction, and reassurance to on shift teams.
• Step in to cover staffing vacancies or emergencies when required.
• Review the care environment to maintain a clean, safe home for young people.
• Ensure rostered staff comply with WHS requirements.
