Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) is seeking an experienced High Performance Manager to lead Gold Coast-based sport programs, supporting athletes, coaches and performance teams aiming for international podium results. • Experience working at highest levels of high-performance sport.
• Understanding of athlete development and international competition requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with coaches, athletes and multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead program planning and prioritisation for QAS High Performance initiatives.
• Provide objective advisory support and challenging insights to coaches and athletes.
• Monitor athlete progress and support coach development to optimise performance.
