Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IAM with strong hands‑on expertise in Okta Identity Cloud.
• Experience integrating Okta with major enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
• Familiarity with identity governance, access controls, and security/compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Excellent cross-team communication skills.

🛂 Eligibility: Must have valid Australian work rights (Citizen / PR / Valid Visa holders)

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain the IAM architecture using the Okta Identity Cloud platform.
• Lead Okta tenant setup (prod/dev) and ensure scalability, reliability, and governance.
• Integrate Okta with applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, G-Suite, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, and on-prem systems.
• Implement SSO, MFA, and automated user lifecycle workflows (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
• Ensure secure authentication/authorization, RBAC/ABAC models, and support compliance through audits and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IAM with strong hands‑on expertise in Okta Identity Cloud.
• Experience integrating Okta with major enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access controls, and security/compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across DevSecOps, cloud, and application teams.
